Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Returns & Refunds
No Return/Refund Policy: As a company policy, we do not provide refunds or accept returns on any product once sold.
International Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside India. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges. Delivery timelines for international orders are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance.
Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders Only) Exchanges are valid strictly under the following terms:
Scope of Exchange: We offer size exchanges only. Each order/customer is eligible for an exchange only once.
Timeframe: An exchange must be initiated on the same day as delivery. The parcel must be dispatched back to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items with removed or damaged tags will be rejected.
Exclusions: Items purchased on “Sale” are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
Color Variation: A 10–12% variation in product color due to device screen resolution and studio camera lighting is expected and will not be accepted as grounds for an exchange.
Exchange Process
Ship the Item: Customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping, as we do not offer a reverse pickup service. Goods remain your responsibility until they safely reach us.
Share Tracking: Once dispatched, immediately email your shipping tracking details to sushmascollection@gmail.com.
Parcel Details: Clearly write your Name, Address, Phone Number, Email ID, Order ID, and Required Size inside and on the parcel.
