Return Policy

- You may initiate an return on the same day as the delivery date.
- To be eligible for an return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. Tags must not be removed; items with removed tags will not be eligible for return.
- Items not Eligible for Return:
- Sale Items: Certain items marked as “Sale” are not eligible for returns.
- Return Process:

- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund or exchange.
- Refunds for Returns:
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchange Policy
