Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return:
   • You may initiate an return on the same day as the delivery date.
   • To be eligible for an return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. Tags must not be removed; items with removed tags will not be eligible for return.
2. Items not Eligible for Return:
   • Sale Items: Certain items marked as “Sale” are not eligible for returns.
3. Return Process:
   • Contact our customer support at sushmascollection@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
   • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
   • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund or exchange.
4. Refunds for Returns:
   • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchange Policy
